Job Description: Summary: The Laboratory Analyst in the science and pharmaceutical industry is responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to support research, development, and quality control activities. They play a vital role in ensuring accurate and reliable data, maintaining laboratory equipment, and complying with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory tests and experiments on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products following established procedures. Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments, troubleshooting issues as needed. Prepare and standardize chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) during all laboratory activities. Document and record test results, observations, and other relevant data in laboratory notebooks or computer systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, scientists, and quality control personnel, to provide accurate and timely test results. Participate in method validation, verification, and equipment qualification activities. Identify and report any deviations, abnormalities, or non-conformities in test results or equipment performance. Assist in maintaining inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, and order new materials as needed.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical sciences. Previous experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in the science and pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and analysis methods. Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety procedures. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis and documentation. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing laboratory tests and recording data. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot laboratory equipment and test results. Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with colleagues. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced laboratory environment.
