Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (completion of a recognized automotive service technician program is preferred). Certification as an Automotive Service Technician (e.g., ASE certification) is a plus. In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Experience with diagnostic equipment and software for troubleshooting vehicle issues. Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized instruments for repairs and replacements. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an automotive service environment. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues. Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain repairs and maintenance recommendations. Physical fitness and manual dexterity to handle physically demanding tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple repair jobs efficiently. Willingness to stay updated with advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques. Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on customer demand. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
