Job Description: As a Field Based Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in your assigned territory. Your role will involve conducting regular visits to client sites, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic solutions to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop account plans, track sales performance, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record in account management are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a field-based role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to influence client decisions. Solid organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and revenue growth. Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the assigned territory. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Adaptability to changing client requirements and market dynamics. Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges and provide timely solutions. Commitment to exceptional customer service and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
