Job Description: As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and technical assistance to customers for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems. Your role will involve traveling to customer sites, troubleshooting issues, conducting inspections, and performing necessary repairs or replacements. You will also provide training to customers on equipment operation and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient service. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or an associate degree in a related field is preferred). Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex problems in the field. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers. Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to different customer sites. Physical fitness and manual dexterity to perform equipment installations and repairs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to travel and work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns promptly.
