Job Description: As an Auto Body Repair Technician, your primary responsibility will be to repair and restore the bodywork of vehicles that have been damaged due to accidents or other incidents. You will utilize your technical skills and knowledge of auto body repair techniques to assess damage, remove dents, repair panels, and perform painting and refinishing tasks. Your role will involve working with a variety of tools and equipment, such as welding machines, sanders, and paint sprayers, to ensure high-quality repairs and finish. Additionally, you will adhere to safety protocols, follow manufacturer guidelines, and maintain accurate records of repair work. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent craftsmanship are crucial for success in this role.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a recognized Auto Body Repair Technician program or equivalent apprenticeship training. Relevant certification or license in Auto Body Repair is preferred. Proven experience as an Auto Body Repair Technician, including knowledge of repair techniques and equipment. Strong understanding of auto body repair processes, including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint application. Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment, such as welders, sanders, and paint sprayers. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the auto body repair industry. Attention to detail and ability to perform precision work to achieve seamless finishes. Excellent problem-solving skills to assess damage, plan repairs, and troubleshoot issues. Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and interact with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair projects simultaneously. Physical fitness and manual dexterity to handle heavy equipment and perform physical tasks. Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends in auto body repair.
