Job Description: As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components, systems, and products. Your role will involve creating detailed engineering drawings, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications are met. You will utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models and perform simulations to evaluate design performance. Additionally, you will participate in design reviews, prototype testing, and product validation. Strong technical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is preferred). Proven experience in mechanical design engineering or a similar role. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mechanical design. Experience with design software and simulation tools, such as FEA or CFD. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure design accuracy and functionality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles. Understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes. Knowledge of prototyping techniques and product testing methodologies. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with advancements in mechanical design technology and practices.
