Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee sales and service teams. Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and staff members. Financial acumen and ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and sales reports. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of automotive products, pricing, and trends. Familiarity with automotive regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
