Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, Canada. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions, recruitment processes, and administrative tasks. Your role will involve coordinating HR activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, preparing HR documents, and filing HR paperwork. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Maintain applicant tracking systems and assist with drafting job postings. Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork. Assist with offboarding processes, such as exit interviews and coordinating final documentation. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with resolving employee issues and escalating matters as necessary. HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as needed. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs. Assist with tracking training attendance and maintaining training records. HR Reporting: Compile and analyze HR data, prepare regular reports, and assist in HR metrics tracking. Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as wellness programs, team-building events, and recognition initiatives.

Job Requirement: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in Human Resources or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred. Familiarity with recruitment processes is advantageous. Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Proficiency in using HRIS software and MS Office Suite. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders at all levels. Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address HR issues and escalate matters appropriately. Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to support and assist team members when needed.
