Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent for our organization and clients. Your role will involve partnering with hiring managers, conducting candidate assessments, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Strong knowledge of the IT industry, technical skills, and effective communication are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for technical positions. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, networking, and job boards, to attract and engage qualified IT professionals. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with IT professionals, industry organizations, and technical communities to build a strong talent pipeline. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations. Employer Branding: Promote our organization as an employer of choice within the IT industry. Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry news to effectively target and engage IT professionals. Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges.

Job Requirement: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional technical certifications or relevant IT experience is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a technical role within the IT industry. Experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing IT professionals is essential. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills. Familiarity with programming languages, software development methodologies, and infrastructure technologies is advantageous. Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to identify and attract IT talent through various channels, including passive sourcing techniques. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and technical stakeholders. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs, industry trends, and technological advancements.
