Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Chemical Process Engineer to join our team in Windsor, Canada. As a Junior Chemical Process Engineer in the Engineering & Architecture industry, you will play a vital role in supporting the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of chemical processes. Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of chemical processes, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment specifications. Conduct process simulations and modeling to optimize process efficiency and performance. Assist in the implementation and commissioning of new processes and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and implement process improvements. Participate in the analysis of data and generation of reports to support process optimization and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the process design and implementation phases. Provide technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting process issues and recommending solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in chemical process engineering.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in chemical process engineering, preferably in the Engineering & Architecture industry. Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, heat transfer, and mass transfer. Proficiency in process simulation software, such as Aspen HYSYS or similar programs. Familiarity with process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment specifications. Solid understanding of safety regulations and industry standards related to chemical processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot process issues and recommend solutions. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Eligibility to work in Canada is required.
