Responsibilities: 3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of engineering and architectural designs using industry-standard software. Texture and Material Application: Apply textures, materials, and lighting to 3D models to achieve realistic and visually appealing renderings. Rendering and Visualization: Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations of 3D models, incorporating lighting, textures, and other visual elements. Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the accuracy and integrity of 3D models and renderings, making necessary adjustments and refinements. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling representations. Project Support: Assist in the development of presentations, design proposals, and project documentation by providing 3D visualizations and animations. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in 3D modeling and rendering to enhance skills and improve visual outputs. Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A portfolio showcasing relevant 3D modeling and rendering work is essential. Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering, preferably in the engineering and architectural industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of texture mapping, material application, lighting, and rendering techniques. Understanding of architectural and engineering design principles and terminology. Excellent artistic and visual sense, with the ability to create visually appealing and realistic 3D models and renderings. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality deliverables. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is preferred.
