Job Description:
We are looking for a Bioengineering Specialist in Hamburg to lead research and product development efforts in biotechnology and bio-instrumentation. You will be responsible for applying engineering principles to biological systems, developing experimental setups, and improving bio-based products or therapies.
The role includes collaborating with life scientists, performing data analysis, and supporting prototype development for devices, assays, or biomaterials. You’ll contribute to both scientific exploration and technical design for commercialization.

Job Requirement:
Candidates must hold a Master’s or PhD in Bioengineering, Biotech, or a related field with 3–5 years of hands-on R&D experience.
Expertise in bioprocess design, biosensor development, or tissue engineering is highly desirable. Experience working in a regulated laboratory or GMP setting is a plus.
Applicants should demonstrate analytical thinking, familiarity with simulation tools (e.g. COMSOL, Ansys), and strong collaboration skills. Knowledge of scientific writing and regulatory compliance will strengthen your application.
