Job Description:
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator in Berlin to manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across construction and architectural projects. You will be responsible for ensuring model accuracy, clash detection, coordination across trades, and maintaining consistency with project standards and client requirements.
You’ll work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to streamline digital collaboration and improve overall project delivery using BIM technology. You will also play a key role in training team members and supporting innovation through automation scripts and BIM execution plans.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is required with 3–5 years of BIM-specific experience.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related tools is mandatory. Candidates should understand LOD standards, COBie data, IFC formats, and clash detection processes.
A strong grasp of project documentation, interdisciplinary model coordination, and data management is essential. Experience with scripting tools like Dynamo or Python for BIM automation is a strong plus.
