Job Description:
We are hiring a BIM Implementation Specialist in Munich to lead the integration of BIM methodologies into design and construction workflows across multiple projects. This role involves creating BIM protocols, establishing modeling standards, and overseeing digital transformation in architectural and engineering teams.
You will evaluate project needs, customize BIM tools, and align BIM usage with client deliverables and international BIM mandates. Your contributions will help standardize operations and enhance design coordination, risk management, and decision-making across project lifecycles.
Job Requirement:
A Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with 5–7 years of BIM implementation or digital construction experience.
You must be an expert in BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Bentley Systems. Experience with CDE platforms (like BIM 360 or Trimble Connect), ISO 19650 standards, and federated model management is essential.
Excellent training, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills are required. Familiarity with scripting, visual programming, and parametric modeling will be considered a bonus.
