Job Description:
We are hiring an Advertising Creative Director to steer major advertising campaigns for our Frankfurt-based agency. This role combines strategic thinking with creative brilliance to deliver compelling, on-brand, and results-driven content for high-profile clients across industries.
You will lead and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters, and designers, taking ownership of the ideation and execution of television spots, digital ads, outdoor campaigns, and branded content. Working closely with strategy and accounts teams, you’ll ensure that all creative assets meet campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Advertising, Creative Communication, or Media Arts and has 7–10 years of experience in creative leadership within an agency setting. You must be fluent in both conceptual and executional creativity, with strong copy and design sensibility.
Proficiency in campaign development across traditional and digital platforms is required. A dynamic portfolio featuring award-winning or widely recognized ad campaigns is expected. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential. English fluency is mandatory, and German proficiency is highly preferred for local client and team communication.
