Responsibilities: Animation Production: Conceptualize, design, and create animations using a variety of techniques, including 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and visual effects. Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize and plan the sequence of events, transitions, and timing for animations. Character Animation: Bring characters to life through expressive and fluid movements, capturing their personalities and emotions. Motion Graphics: Create visually appealing and informative motion graphics for videos, presentations, and other multimedia projects. Visual Effects: Integrate visual effects and compositing techniques to enhance the overall quality and impact of animations. Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure visual consistency. Software Proficiency: Utilize animation software and tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, or other industry-standard software, to create high-quality animations. Timely Delivery: Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work within specified timelines. Quality Control: Review and refine animations, ensuring they meet artistic and technical standards, as well as client expectations. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in animation, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to projects.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as an Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques. Proficiency in animation software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Autodesk Maya, or similar software. Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques. Strong artistic and creative skills, with an eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take direction, and provide creative input. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines and requirements. Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques is advantageous. Experience in character animation, motion graphics, or visual effects is a plus. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential, and knowledge of German or any other language is beneficial.
