Job Description:
We are hiring a Biotech Process Engineer in Frankfurt am Main to develop and optimize biomanufacturing processes for therapeutic proteins, vaccines, and biologics. This role involves upstream and downstream process design, troubleshooting, and tech transfer to GMP production.
You will work closely with QA, regulatory, and validation teams to ensure all operations align with industry standards. Your expertise will contribute to efficiency improvements, scale-up activities, and documentation support for regulatory submissions.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering is required, along with 4–8 years of experience in biopharma manufacturing.
Candidates should have experience with fermentation, chromatography, filtration systems, and process analytical technologies (PAT). A strong understanding of GMP, cleanroom protocols, and FDA/EMA regulations is essential. Skills in data interpretation and risk assessment are also valuable.
