Job Description:
We are looking for a Biotech Production Engineer in Berlin to execute and monitor production runs in biologics manufacturing. You will handle bioprocess equipment, monitor fermentation parameters, and ensure batch documentation meets compliance standards.
This position demands strong process control, maintenance of sterile operations, and ability to work across multiple shifts in a regulated environment. You will also participate in troubleshooting and support quality investigations when deviations arise.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or Biochemical Engineering is required. 2–5 years of experience in cGMP production is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in fermentation systems, filtration techniques, and electronic batch records. Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and validation processes is critical. A team-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow SOPs under pressure are key requirements.
