The Digital Order Fulfillment Worker is responsible for the complete process of fulfilling online customer orders, from picking to packing. This role involves using digital tools to receive and process orders, locate items within the store, and prepare them for shipping or in-store pickup. The worker’s duties include accurately selecting products from the sales floor or stockroom, checking for quality, and securely packing them into appropriate boxes or bags. They are also responsible for generating shipping labels and coordinating with delivery services. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure every order is accurate and meets the customer's expectations. Job Requirement:
A high school diploma is required. Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or order fulfillment is a significant advantage. The candidate must be highly detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple orders simultaneously. Proficiency with computer systems, order management software, and handheld scanners is essential. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to walk, stand, and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods. The ideal candidate is a reliable and efficient worker who can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are needed to coordinate with other staff. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is a must.
