Job Description:
The Facility Maintenance Helper is responsible for assisting the maintenance team in the general upkeep and repair of the store’s physical premises. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure a safe and functional environment. The helper's duties include assisting with minor repairs, painting, and general cleaning tasks. They are also responsible for moving equipment, transporting supplies, and keeping the maintenance area clean and organized. Job Requirement:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. While no prior experience is necessary, a background in a maintenance, construction, or handyman role is a plus. The candidate must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and working for extended periods. The ideal candidate is a reliable and hard-working team player with a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings or early mornings, to perform maintenance tasks without disrupting store hours.
