Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marine Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of marine operations, vessel maintenance, and safety procedures. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using MS Office and marine management software. Valid maritime certifications and licenses as required by regulatory authorities.
