Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Marine Welder-Fabricator to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The Marine Welder-Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components for marine vessels, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires expertise in welding techniques, blueprint reading, and fabrication methods specific to marine environments.
Job Requirement: Proven experience as a Welder-Fabricator, preferably in the marine industry. Certification in Welding (e.g., City & Guilds, AWS) or equivalent experience. Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Knowledge of marine welding materials, equipment, and safety practices. Physical stamina and manual dexterity to work in challenging marine environments. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Ireland.
