Job Description: We are currently hiring Air Cabin Crew members to join our team in Rome, Italy. As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. Key Responsibilities: Passenger Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board by conducting pre-flight safety briefings, demonstrating the use of safety equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations throughout the flight. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seat assignments, and luggage storage. Respond to passenger inquiries, provide information about the flight, and address any concerns or requests. In-Flight Services: Perform in-flight services, including meal and beverage service, distribution of reading materials, and attending to passenger comfort needs. Monitor and assist passengers during the flight, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Emergency Situations: Be prepared to handle emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, turbulence, or aircraft malfunctions. Follow emergency procedures and work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure passenger safety and well-being. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or difficult situations that may arise during the flight, such as passenger disagreements or disruptive behavior. Remain calm, professional, and diplomatic in resolving conflicts and maintaining a harmonious environment on board. Sales and Revenue Generation: Promote and sell onboard products, such as duty-free items, food, and beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation of sales. Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery. Foster a positive and cohesive team environment, supporting fellow crew members and sharing responsibilities as needed. Safety and Emergency Equipment: Conduct regular checks of emergency equipment, such as life vests, oxygen masks, and fire extinguishers, to ensure their functionality and availability. Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate authorities. Cultural Sensitivity and Language Skills: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse passengers. Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English and Italian, is advantageous to effectively communicate with passengers from different backgrounds. Professional Appearance and Image: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards set by the airline. Present a polished and well-groomed image to passengers, reflecting the professionalism and brand image of the airline.
Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in aviation or customer service is preferred. Previous experience as an Air Cabin Crew member or in a customer service role is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in emergency situations. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle stressful situations with professionalism. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Physical fitness and the ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Basic first aid knowledge and CPR certification are beneficial. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
