Strong knowledge of geological logging techniques, core and cuttings analysis, and subsurface stratigraphy is essential. Experience with geological software such as Petra, Kingdom, or similar tools for data interpretation and reporting is highly desirable.
Candidates should have a thorough understanding of drilling operations, safety protocols, and environmental regulations relevant to drilling sites in Italy and the EU. Proven ability to work effectively in remote or field locations under varying conditions is important.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail are critical for accurately identifying formations, potential hazards, and resource zones. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities support decision-making during drilling activities.
