Proficiency in electrical network planning and analysis software such as CYME, PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or similar tools is essential. Strong knowledge of power distribution and transmission systems, load forecasting, contingency analysis, and grid reliability principles is mandatory.
Familiarity with Italian and European grid codes, regulatory frameworks, and environmental standards is required to ensure network designs comply with legal and safety requirements. Experience integrating renewable energy sources and smart grid technologies into network plans is highly desirable.
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and produce detailed technical reports. Effective communication skills in Italian are mandatory for collaboration with utilities, regulatory bodies, and project teams. English proficiency for technical documentation is a plus.
The ability to manage multiple projects, work independently or within multidisciplinary teams, and meet deadlines is important.
