The Environmental Cleaning Technician plays a key role in maintaining hygiene and ecological balance across agricultural and aquaculture facilities in Florence. This position involves the cleaning and sanitization of farming equipment, irrigation systems, storage areas, and processing zones to meet environmental and safety regulations. The technician ensures that waste management practices are efficient and eco-friendly, contributing to sustainable production in the Agriculture & Fisheries sector.

Key responsibilities include the safe handling of cleaning agents, disinfection of machinery used in crop cultivation and fish farming, and monitoring of waste disposal processes to prevent environmental contamination. The technician also supports pest and disease control efforts by maintaining biosecure environments, particularly in greenhouses, barns, and aquaculture units.

Working under the supervision of farm or facility managers, the Environmental Cleaning Technician adheres to Italian environmental legislation and industry standards. The role may require occasional fieldwork in varying weather conditions and the use of protective equipment.
