We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Farm Laborer to join our agricultural team in Rome, Italy. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting daily farm activities related to crop production, livestock care, and general farm maintenance within the Agriculture & Fisheries industry.
Key responsibilities include planting, watering, weeding, harvesting crops, and assisting with animal feeding, cleaning, and handling. You will also be involved in setting up and maintaining irrigation systems, repairing fences, cleaning barns and storage areas, and operating basic farm machinery or tools as needed. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and following safety and hygiene standards. Previous farming experience is an asset but not required. A willingness to learn and contribute to sustainable agricultural practices is highly valued. Basic Italian communication skills and a valid work permit are essential.
