A Floor Installer is required in Rome, Italy, to support construction and renovation projects within the Agriculture & Fisheries industry. The role involves installing various types of flooring materials—such as concrete, tile, vinyl, rubber, and epoxy—in agricultural buildings, fish processing areas, storage units, and greenhouses. The Floor Installer ensures surfaces are prepared, materials are properly fitted, and the final result meets hygiene, safety, and durability standards suitable for agricultural and aquaculture environments.
Key responsibilities include measuring and marking flooring surfaces, removing old flooring when necessary, and laying new materials with precision. The Floor Installer will be expected to use hand and power tools, apply adhesives or sealants, and follow design plans or specifications provided by engineers or site managers. Attention to detail is critical to ensure smooth, level finishes and compliance with industry safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, install, and finish flooring in agricultural and fishery facilities
Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials according to specifications
Use appropriate tools, adhesives, and sealing methods for each flooring type
Inspect completed work for quality, durability, and safety compliance
Collaborate with site supervisors and construction teams to meet project timelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floor Installer
Knowledge of agricultural-grade flooring materials and techniques
Physical stamina and accuracy in manual work
Basic proficiency in Italian preferred
