The role involves cutting, shaping, and installing marble surfaces used in processing areas, administrative buildings, and aquaculture facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stonework and an understanding of installation requirements in environments where hygiene, durability, and aesthetics are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Measuring, cutting, and polishing marble to fit specific installation areas.
Installing marble surfaces in agricultural processing plants, aquaculture facilities, and associated buildings.
Ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and finishing of marble installations.
Repairing or replacing damaged marble surfaces as needed.
Collaborating with project managers and construction teams to ensure quality and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Using appropriate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintaining detailed documentation of installations and repairs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marble or stone installation.
Technical training in masonry, construction, or related fields preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Understanding of safety and hygiene standards in agricultural and fisheries environments.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Fluent in Italian; basic English is a plus.
