Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses & Caregivers to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a Nurse & Caregiver, you will provide essential healthcare services and support to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Your expertise in nursing care, patient monitoring, and empathy will contribute to the quality of care delivered to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Medical Assistance: Assist healthcare professionals in medical procedures, examinations, and treatments. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Health Monitoring: Monitor and record patients' health status, symptoms, and progress. Report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers and implement necessary interventions. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Care Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients. Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish goals and interventions to meet patients' healthcare needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Ensure confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations in handling patient information. Infection Control: Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections. Adhere to hygiene practices and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Emergency Response: Recognize and respond promptly to emergency situations. Perform first aid and initiate appropriate interventions until the arrival of medical professionals. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Communicate relevant information and contribute to care conferences and patient handovers. Professional Development: Stay updated on advancements in nursing practices, techniques, and regulations. Participate in training programs and pursue professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license and registration in Italy. Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in nursing care or caregiving roles. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and standards of care. Excellent clinical skills and ability to assess and respond to patient needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, compassion, and ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping. Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
