We are seeking a dependable and skilled Residential Plumber to support plumbing installations and maintenance across rural housing and worker accommodations associated with the Agriculture & Fisheries sector in Florence. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of water supply and sanitation systems in residences that support agricultural laborers and aquaculture personnel.
The Residential Plumber will be responsible for installing and repairing plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and piping systems in accordance with Italian regulations. Tasks will include inspecting residential plumbing systems, diagnosing issues, replacing damaged components, and performing routine maintenance to ensure reliability and hygiene. The role also includes working on residential irrigation systems and ensuring adequate water distribution within small-scale living and working environments.
Collaboration with site supervisors, contractors, and facility managers will be required to coordinate plumbing tasks as part of larger construction or renovation projects. A strong understanding of residential plumbing codes and safety standards is essential, as is the ability to work independently in both urban and rural settings.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Italian is required; basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
Contract Type: Full-time, with occasional travel to residential facilities within the region.
