Job Description:
As the Change Management Consultant Manager in Qurain, you will lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during HR transformation, mergers, system implementations, or restructuring. You’ll design and execute change strategies, stakeholder communication plans, and training programs to enhance adoption.
You’ll evaluate change readiness, conduct impact analyses, and advise leadership on mitigating resistance and driving engagement.
Job Requirement:
Master’s in Organizational Psychology, HR, or Business Strategy.
8+ years in change management roles with consulting exposure.
Expertise in ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change models.
Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
Arabic and English fluency.
