Job Description:
The Compensation and Benefits Manager Consultant in Mahboula will serve as an external or internal advisor on the development, implementation, and optimization of compensation systems and benefits programs. You’ll work closely with HR leadership and finance teams to align remuneration strategies with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include evaluating current compensation structures, leading market competitiveness studies, and recommending changes to salary bands, pay-for-performance models, and executive compensation schemes. You will also assess healthcare plans, retirement packages, and employee incentive schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance and fiscal efficiency.
The Consultant will be responsible for advising on communication strategies to improve employee understanding of their total rewards, and may lead the development of compensation-related training for HR staff or managers. Your role will also involve preparing reports for executive decision-making and contributing to compensation governance frameworks.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Compensation, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years in compensation and benefits roles; prior consulting experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of benefits design, compensation trends, and legal compliance.
Exceptional skills in data analytics, compensation modeling, and presentation.
Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills.
Proficient in HR systems, compensation tools, and Excel.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
