Job Description:
As a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Manager Strategist in Qurain, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Your focus will be on developing initiatives that promote an inclusive culture, increase representation, and support equitable career development across all departments.
You will lead assessments of organizational culture, create training programs on unconscious bias, and advise leadership on embedding inclusive practices into recruitment, retention, and performance management. Additionally, you will work closely with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), monitor D&I KPIs, and develop strategic partnerships with external diversity organizations.
Your role also involves collecting and analyzing data related to workplace demographics, employee engagement, and inclusion metrics to make informed decisions and publish internal reports that showcase the company’s progress.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Diversity Studies.
6–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 in D&I roles.
In-depth knowledge of inclusive leadership, organizational change, and D&I best practices.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop D&I metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience designing and delivering diversity training programs.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
