Job Description:
The Employee Engagement Manager Coordinator supports programs that promote a positive work culture, high employee morale, and retention. You’ll coordinate surveys, organize engagement campaigns, and manage recognition programs.
You’ll work closely with internal communication teams to align messages with engagement goals, and track KPIs like satisfaction, turnover, and participation rates.
Job Requirement:
