Job Description:
The Diversity and Inclusion Manager Advisor in Mahboula provides expert guidance to senior leadership and HR departments on building an equitable and inclusive workplace. This advisory role includes developing D&I frameworks, conducting internal assessments, and advising on policy reforms that improve inclusivity.
You’ll play a central role in creating employee engagement initiatives that celebrate diversity, consult on inclusive hiring practices, and review promotion and compensation equity. You’ll also support the development of gender equality programs and accessibility projects.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Organizational Development, or Sociology.
7+ years of HR experience with 2–3 years focused on D&I.
Demonstrated experience in policy development and advisory services.
Strong cultural competency and knowledge of local labor dynamics.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
