Job Description:
As a Compensation and Benefits Manager Analyst based in Qurain, your core responsibility is to develop, analyze, and administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs that align with both the company’s strategic goals and Kuwait’s labor standards. Your role is instrumental in ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance in all compensation-related activities.
You will conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and benefits analysis to recommend fair and competitive compensation packages. The position requires managing performance-based incentives, bonus programs, and equity plans. You will prepare compensation forecasts, budget recommendations, and conduct cost-benefit analysis of benefits plans including health insurance, retirement contributions, and employee wellness programs.
Part of your responsibilities includes managing vendor relationships, supporting internal audits, and delivering insights based on compensation trends and metrics. You will also assist in preparing executive compensation proposals and employee communications regarding benefits. Cross-functional collaboration with payrll, finance, and HR business partners will be essential to your success in this role.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 in an analyst or managerial role.
Expertise in salary benchmarking tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
Familiarity with Kuwaiti compensation regulations and global benefits trends.
Experience with HRIS and compensation platforms.
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and advising leadership.
Strong command of Arabic and English.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling.
