Job Description:
The Bakery Chef in Hamilton is responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty desserts in a hotel, café, or commercial kitchen. This role involves recipe development, dough preparation, baking, decorating, and ensuring consistent product quality. Job Requirement:
Education: Certificate or diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a bakery or pastry kitchen
Skills: Dough handling, cake decoration, oven operation, creative presentation
