Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive AEC Technology Coordinator to join our team within the Construction and Building industry in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the integration of technology across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines to ensure streamlined project delivery and enhanced collaboration.
Key responsibilities include coordinating BIM processes, overseeing digital model workflows, and supporting project teams with software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other AEC-related platforms. The candidate will also facilitate clash detection sessions, maintain model integrity, and collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure adherence to project standards and deadlines.
The role requires a strong understanding of construction workflows, model-based coordination, and digital project delivery methods. The AEC Technology Coordinator will also assist in developing and implementing digital standards, training staff on new tools, and promoting innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM or digital coordination roles
Proficiency in Autodesk tools and related AEC technologies
Strong communication and organizational skills
