The role involves operating and maintaining agricultural tractors and related machinery for land preparation, grading, and general earthmoving tasks within a construction site. The operator will assist with soil leveling, transportation of materials, and clearing land for infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will follow all safety protocols and collaborate closely with site engineers and construction personnel to ensure efficient task completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate tractors and attachments safely and effectively
Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of machinery
Transport materials across uneven terrain
Assist in land grading and preparation work
Report equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Comply with safety and environmental regulations
