Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Seeb, Oman. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs and objectives. Develop architectural design concepts and prepare detailed drawings and plans. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather relevant data. Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts. Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project coordination and smooth execution. Monitor project progress and provide guidance to project teams. Review and approve construction drawings and specifications. Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques.
Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Proven experience as an Architect, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in architectural design software and tools. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent design and visualization skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.
