We are seeking a skilled and proactive Architectural Project Manager to lead architectural planning and execution for a large-scale city development project in Oman. This role will oversee the coordination, design development, and implementation of architectural works, ensuring alignment with both international standards and local regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to manage project timelines, budgets, and design quality. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural designs, preparing detailed project schedules, supervising construction progress, and ensuring all works adhere to safety, environmental, and zoning standards.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, proven experience in managing large, complex developments, and the ability to resolve design or construction conflicts swiftly. Expertise in sustainable building practices and knowledge of regional architectural trends is highly valued.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or related field
8+ years of experience in architectural project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
