We are seeking a skilled Architectural Design Engineer to join our dynamic team within the construction and building sector in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative architectural plans and ensuring they meet both client specifications and regulatory standards. This role requires collaboration with engineers, project managers, and contractors to translate concepts into functional structures while maintaining aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
Key responsibilities include preparing detailed architectural drawings, reviewing design proposals, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with Omani building codes and environmental regulations. The candidate must be proficient in CAD software, BIM tools, and 3D modeling technologies to support design accuracy and project visualization.
A strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and sustainable design principles is essential. The role also involves site visits to monitor progress, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and resolve design-related issues during execution.
The successful candidate must hold a degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are vital for success in this position.
