Job Description:
The 3D CAD Designer in Al Daayen is responsible for creating detailed 3D models and visualizations for construction and architectural projects. Using advanced CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino, the designer converts conceptual ideas into detailed, realistic 3D renderings that help communicate design intent, functionality, and aesthetics to clients and project stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that models accurately represent the project’s design and specifications.
Key responsibilities include creating 3D models of building structures, interiors, and landscapes, producing high-quality renderings and animations, and making modifications to models based on feedback. The designer will also assist in design presentations, providing visual support for client meetings, design reviews, and project proposals. Additionally, the 3D CAD Designer will be responsible for maintaining model libraries, ensuring consistency across design elements, and ensuring that all models comply with project standards and specifications.
