Site Visits and Inspections: Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify any design issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Job Requirement: Requirements: Architectural Qualification: A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution. Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, as well as knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) systems. Design Creativity: Strong design and visualization skills to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional architectural solutions. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and relevant codes and regulations. Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
