Job Description:
The Acoustic Installation Technician in Al Rayyan is responsible for the professional installation of soundproofing and acoustic treatment materials in commercial, residential, and industrial environments. This includes tasks such as fitting acoustic panels, baffles, ceiling tiles, wall insulation, and other sound-absorbing components to reduce noise, enhance sound clarity, and comply with building regulations or performance standards.
The technician collaborates with architects, acoustic engineers, and site supervisors to interpret technical specifications and determine the best installation approach for each project. Duties involve surface preparation, precise measurement and cutting of materials, secure mounting using adhesives or mechanical fasteners, and ensuring alignment and finish quality. The technician may work in environments ranging from music studios and theaters to office buildings, factories, and residential properties.
Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness on-site, and ensuring minimal disruption in occupied areas are essential aspects of the role.
