Job Description:
The Agile Consultant based in Dukhan plays a strategic role in guiding organizations through Agile transformation initiatives within the IT and telecommunication sectors. This position involves assessing current project management practices, identifying gaps, and recommending tailored Agile frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and product quality. The consultant works closely with executive leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to implement Agile best practices and foster a mindset of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Responsibilities include conducting Agile maturity assessments, facilitating workshops, coaching teams and leadership on Agile principles, and supporting the rollout of Agile tools and processes. The Agile Consultant ensures alignment between business goals and Agile execution, helping teams to respond rapidly to market changes and technological advancements. Working in Dukhan’s evolving IT landscape, the consultant also collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate Agile practices into large-scale projects, enabling Qatar’s digital growth ambitions.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Agile consulting, coaching, or transformation roles within IT or telecommunication industries.
Certifications: Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar Agile coaching certifications are preferred.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in change management and Agile adoption across complex organizations.
Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored Agile solutions.
Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne.
Language: Fluent English communication skills required; Arabic is a plus.
