Job Description:
The Agile Trainer in Mesaieed, Qatar, is responsible for facilitating the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across IT and telecommunication teams. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive training programs on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, tailored to the specific needs of teams and projects. The Agile Trainer collaborates closely with project managers, product owners, and senior leadership to drive cultural transformation towards agility, enhance team productivity, and improve project delivery timelines.
Core responsibilities include designing interactive workshops, conducting coaching sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure Agile practices are embedded effectively within organizational processes. The trainer also evaluates team progress and training impact, adapting content to evolving business needs. Working in Mesaieed’s dynamic IT sector, the Agile Trainer plays a key role in fostering continuous improvement, collaboration, and responsiveness to change, aligning with Qatar’s digital transformation initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Agile training, coaching, or Scrum Master roles within IT or telecommunication industries.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certifications are mandatory.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to customize training materials for various maturity levels and team needs.
Experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Rally.
Analytical mindset with capability to assess team performance and feedback.
Language: Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Willingness to travel within Qatar for onsite training sessions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
