Job Description:
The Brand Manager in Al Shahaniya is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that build, enhance, and protect the brand’s image across various channels. This role involves managing brand positioning, messaging, and market segmentation to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty within Qatar’s competitive marketplace.
Key duties include conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities for brand growth. The Brand Manager collaborates closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand representation across advertising campaigns, digital platforms, and promotional events. They oversee brand communications, manage budgets, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver impactful marketing materials.
The Brand Manager also tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share, brand equity, and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies to meet evolving consumer preferences and business goals. Operating in Al Shahaniya, the manager contributes to aligning brand initiatives with Qatar’s national vision by promoting local market penetration and sustainable growth.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising roles.
Skills:
Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market research methodologies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
Excellent project management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Skilled in developing compelling marketing content and presentations.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage for local market engagement.
