Job Requirement:

Experience: 4–6 years in change management, organizational development, or consulting roles.
Skills:
Expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies.
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop training and communication materials.
Analytical skills to assess change readiness and impact.
Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
